12V Auxiliary Battery or High-Voltage Traction Battery?

These are different systems. A low-voltage auxiliary battery supports vehicle electronics; the traction battery supplies the electric drive system. A warning message or a vehicle that will not enter its ready mode does not, by itself, identify which component needs attention.

Tell our team the exact warning message and symptoms. A 12V battery replacement should not be presented as a repair for a high-voltage battery fault. High-voltage concerns require an appropriately qualified repairer.
