The VoltGo VLEG5120C is a 51.2V 100Ah advanced Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) high capacity battery module with superior cycle life, specifically designed for use in golf carts & AGV's.
Featuring a high quality flame retardant ABS casing, rated to IP67, the VoltGo modules provide a lightweight and maintenance free alternative to traditional lead acid deep cycle batteries, or a high quality replacement for existing lithium batteries. The unique incorporated mounting plates provide a number of diverse installation options whilst offering strengthened battery stability.
When temperatures drop below 0°C and your battery is connected to external power, VoltGo's heating capabilities kick in to keep your battery between 0°C and 45°C, to enable charging and discharge at temperatures as cold as -20°C - Perfect for those early morning tee-times in winter.
Capable of being used individually, or expandable into systems of up to 16 in parallel, the VoltGo VLEG5120C is expandable to provide longer runtime between recharges.
The application specific Battery Management System has been engineering to handle the rigours of Golf Cart usage, including the ability to handle to high rate in-rush currents generated from regenerative braking systems.
The VoltGo VLEG5120C comes standard with Bluetooth output for battery parameter monitoring from your smart device.

No more guesswork! Connect to your battery from your phone or tablet for real-time monitoring of your battery's status, including voltage, state of charge* consumption, health and cycle count. Note: Battery SoC is calculated via the BMS’s internal shunt, which may miss low or parasitic loads and uses algorithmic estimation. For more precise readings, we recommend a the option VLEG-BMV-KIT or a Victron Energy SmartShunt.
Intelligent BMS
Worry less about your battery with the smart battery management system, which offers protection against short circuit, over/under voltage and over/under temperature fluctuations. When multiple modules are used in a system, the self-balancing function also keep all batteries working together to extended service life.
Fire Protections
VoltGo batteries lead the way in safety with their UL94 V-0 rated flame retardant cases, and in-built aerosol fire suppression system as the last line of defence to ensure safe operation and swift fault mitigation.
Smart Integration
The top panel includes an ON/OFF switch, a State of Charge (SOC) indicator, and dedicated LEDs for Alarm and Function status. Two CAN/RS485 communication ports allow multiple VoltGo batteries to be connected in parallel. When paired with the optional VLEG BMV Kit, users can view detailed battery parameters such as voltage, state of charge, and estimated remaining runtime.
The VoltGo batteries can be access singularly via the Bluetooth App.
SMART-GO Fastening System
Removable handy brackets come fixed to the batteries for use as handles during transport. VoltGo batteries come standard with numerous nutserts fitted within the case to utilise the included brackets and fish plates to securely fasten your battery inside the golf cart's battery compartment, or to other batteries when connected together. Expandable up to 16 batteries in Parallel, the VLEG5120C's intelligent BMS ensures all modules within the system are balanced and working together.
IP67 Water and Dust Resistant
The VLEG5120C is IP67 protected against dust and offer significant protection against water splashes and sprays, making them suitable for nearly any application.
Superior Construction Quality
The simple maintenance free design allows for a houses a 16S2P battery construction, Bluetooth capable BMS within the IP67 rated and impact resistant rugged ABS casing. The detachable lid allows for battery servicing / repair should the need arise*. *performed by qualified service agents only to avoid voiding warranty
